Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items?
We want you to love your purchase!
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please reach out to us within 30 days of receiving it, and we’ll send a replacement at no extra cost to you.
Lost Packages?
If your package gets lost in transit, let us know within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We’ll look into it and help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Returns & Exchanges
🔹 Wrong Address? If an incorrect or incomplete shipping address is provided, the package will be returned to us. Once we confirm the correct address with you, we’re happy to reship it (shipping costs may apply).
🔹 Unclaimed Packages? If your package goes unclaimed, it’ll be sent back to us. You’ll be responsible for reshipping costs, and after 30 days, unclaimed items will be donated to charity - because we believe in spreading positivity!
🔹 Size Exchanges & Returns? If you need a different size or want to return an item, just contact us first. We don’t offer direct exchanges, but you can place a new order once your return is processed.
Items That Can’t Be Returned
For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on sealed items like face masks. If returned, these items will be safely disposed of.
