Welcome to Cutee Cutee (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website at info@cutee-cutee.com (the “Site”) and any associated services, features, or content offered through it (collectively, the “Service”).

By accessing the Site or placing an order, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site or services (but know you’ll be missed!).

1. General Conditions
We may, at our sole discretion, refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason. Generally, we’re all about the good vibes, but we still need to have boundaries.
You agree not to copy, sell, or exploit any portion of our Service without express written permission from us. Unauthorized use may lead to suspension or permanent removal from the Site.

2. Eligibility
You must be of legal age in your country or region to make purchases or use this Site. By doing so, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all info you provide is legit.

3. Products & Pricing
All of our products are lovingly made to order and fulfilled by third-party production partners. We strive for accuracy in photos and descriptions, but:

• Screens display colors differently

• Products may go out of stock or change in price

• We can limit quantities or discontinue items at any time without notice

4. Accuracy of Information
We work hard to keep all the info on our Site accurate and up-to-date. That said, we reserve the right to correct typos or misprints at any time—even after an order is placed. Oops moments happen, and we appreciate your understanding.

5. Orders & Payments
You agree to provide accurate and complete billing/shipping info. All orders are subject to acceptance. We may cancel or refuse any order if it seems suspicious, incomplete, or inconsistent with these Terms.
We also reserve the right to limit orders per customer or household. If we cancel an order, we’ll notify you and issue a full refund.

6. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping costs and estimated times are detailed in our Shipping Policy. Please note, shipping is managed by third-party providers (like Printful), and while we do our best to deliver quickly, occasional delays or customs fees may occur. We are not liable for these, but we’ll always do our best to help you resolve any issues.

7. Returns & Refunds
Please review our Refund Policy for full details. At this time, we do not offer free returns. If your return doesn’t meet the conditions outlined in the policy, it may be denied. Personalized items and final sale products are not eligible for return.

8. Third-Party Services
We rely on external services for things like payments, printing, analytics, and shipping. By using our Site, you agree we’re not responsible for the content, policies, or errors of those third parties.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Cutee Cutee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use (or inability to use) our Site or products. That includes but not limited to delays, lost profits or lost packages.
